To ensure expedited service, please include the original packing slip or return information. You will receive a confirmation email of receipt of your return. Allow 2-3 weeks for the processing.

Custom orders as well as personalized or sized items, cannot be returned. Engraved items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned. Gift cards are not returnable. Original shipping and return shipping charges cannot be refunded.

You may cancel any Myra Zai order as long as the order status is in process. If your order status is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
