To lengthen the life of (and consequently, maximize the benefits) your jewelry, it's important to properly care for your pieces:

Do not use harsh chemicals or jewelry cleaners/solutions. 

Do not store your beaded and gemstone jewelry along with metal jewelry as it may cause the beads or your gems to chip, crack, and break.

Remove your jewelry and/or avoid using body care products in the areas you wear your jewelry that will coat the jewelry, such as: hairsprays, gels, lotions, etc. These types of personal care products can not only dull the look of your stone jewelry, but also they can affect the therapeutic effectiveness by coating the stones. Perfumes will also remove the oxidization from the sterling silver chain and jewelry that have been oxidized.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it within 30 days of the original invoice date . Contact customerservice@myrazai.com and we will send you the Return & Exchanges Form to include in your return.   To ensure expedited service, please include the original packing slip or return information. You will receive a confirmation email of receipt of your return. Allow 2-3 weeks for the processing. Custom orders as well as personalized or sized items, cannot be returned. Engraved items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned. Gift cards are not returnable. Original shipping and return shipping charges cannot be refunded.

ORDER CANCELLATION You may cancel any Myra Zai order as long as the order status is in process. If your order status is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact customerservice@myrazai.com to check if your product has been shipped.
