To maximize the care and look of your jewelry, you must take care in its maintenence.

Do not use harsh chemicals or jewelry cleaners/solutions on oxidized silver or gold plated jewelry.It is generally ok to shower or bathe with jewelry on. Just keep in mind you need to avoid the jewelry coming in contact with body care products and perfumes which can coat and or damage gemstones and oxidization of silver.

It is recommended that jewelry be removed before swimming in chlorinated pools and spas.

It is a good idea to remove jewelry any time it will be wet for long periods as it can damage the beads and metal oxidization for long periods of time.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it within 30 days of the original invoice date . Contact customerservice@myrazai.com and we will send you the Return & Exchanges Form to include in your return.   To ensure expedited service, please include the original packing slip or return information. You will receive a confirmation email of receipt of your return. Allow 2-3 weeks for the processing. Custom orders as well as personalized or sized items, cannot be returned. Engraved items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned. Gift cards are not returnable. Original shipping and return shipping charges cannot be refunded.

ORDER CANCELLATION You may cancel any Myra Zai order as long as the order status is in process. If your order status is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact customerservice@myrazai.com to check if your product has been shipped.
